About the name Izare Iza
is a black girl, born in 2001, living with her grandfather and grandmother in Port Elizabeth, South-Africa. My wife and I met her August 2003, a few months after the funeral of her mother. The grandparents told us that her daughter died because of cancer.
only speaks Xhosa, one of the languages of the black people in South-Africa. But within a quarter of an hour we developed a way to communicate. An extraordinary girl!
